Refund policy
DOA Policy: It is important to record the first opening of the box with the coral to show DOA. Corals labeled with "Final Sale" in the description are not covered by the DOA policy. We require that you provide us with clear pictures and videos of the dead coral in the bag within two hours of the posted carrier delivery time. We do not offer any returns or refunds on final sale corals or WYSIWYG. Carrier delays due to weather or mechanical failure, resulting in loss, may not be covered under our guarantee. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions. If DOA is accepted, you will receive a partial or full refund in the form of store credit. Freebie corals are not covered by the DOA policy.
The following rules apply to the guarantee:

Email us within two hours of the posted carrier delivery time with a clear picture of the deceased coral or a video of the coral within one hour from the time posted by the shipping carrier.
- DO NOT remove the coral from the plug for ten days, or the guarantee is void.
- DO NOT discard or ship the specimen back without our authorization; doing so will void the guarantee.
- DO NOT refuse the shipment if the box leaks, appears damaged, or the guarantee is void.
- The guarantee applies to shipments only, not local pickup/ local deliveries.
- It is up to our discretion to void your guarantee if we believe your tank is not in suitable conditions to keep your corals alive and healthy.
- It is up to our discretion to void your guarantee if you have Non-reef safe fish (including, but not limited to, Angelfish, Puffers, Filefish, non-herbivorous Blennies, Triggers, Clown Gobies, Copperband Butterfly, or other non-reef safe Butterflies) in your reef tank. Non-reed is known to nip or fully consume corals, and we cannot be held responsible for what these fish damage or consume.
