Common Questions:
1. How many regular sized corals fit in a box?
Answer: A single standard box can accommodate up to six corals. By limiting the number of corals to six, we can add more water to each bag, providing a smoother transition for the corals from us to you.
2. Is UPS Next Day Air the only option?
Answer: UPS Next Day Air is the most widely used shipping method for corals because it is cost-effective for customers and almost always arrives on time (bad weather is the primary reason for this).
3. What happens when my package is delayed?
Answer: Unfortunately, delays can occur for various reasons, such as truck delays or adverse weather conditions. If a package is delayed, please keep us informed and record the unboxing process. In the event of a worst-case scenario, please refer to our DOA policy.
4. When should I expect my package?
Answer: At Cali Coral Connect, we strive to ship orders as soon as possible. After placing an order, you’ll receive an email with an estimated ship-out date. However, due to weather conditions, we may delay shipments until better weather arrives. This not only minimizes the risk of items not arriving (DOA) but also helps us avoid delays with UPS. Our standard ship-out days are Mondays and Wednesdays. Packages are typically delivered the following day, usually between 10 am and 1 pm.
